Post-Conference Wellness Activity: Slow Flow Hatha Yoga 2:45-3:45pm

With Tapestry falling on Valentine's Day, why not end your conference experience by treating yourself to an hour of self-care? As educators, we are used to always putting everyone else's needs first and rushing from one job to another in an effort to complete our seemingly never ending to-do lists. I invite you to put your to-do list away and before moving on with the rest of your afternoon, put your own health and wellness needs first. 

I am delighted to offer this year's Tapestry participants a one hour slow flow Hatha Yoga class! During this class, you will have the opportunity to connect to your breath, bringing awareness, calmness and mindfulness to the present moment, moving slowly through a nourishing all levels heart-centered yoga flow and finishing with deep relaxation after a full day of attending workshops. Please bring a yoga mat, water and something to keep you warm for savasana.
