If you are a member of one of the sponsoring teachers' associations: Cowichan Valley, Greater Victoria, Saanich, or Sooke; and registered using the sponsoring teachers' associations registration rate or an invitation code you are not eligible for a refund. You may cancel your registration to create a space for another participant.
If you registered at the CUPE, non-sponsoring teachers' association, or other rate and cancel your registration on or before January 22, 2023 you will be issued a refund after the conference, less an administration fee. Starting January 23, 2023 you may cancel your registration but you will forfeit your registration fee and refunds will not be issued.
