In this workshop, participants will learn about the trait of High Sensitivity / Sensory Processing Sensitivity, our gifts, our challenges, and how to thrive in world that is too fast, too noisy, and too chaotic. Participants will walk away with 5 tools they can use anytime, anywhere to lower their level of overwhelm. Jackie Dowling

Jackie Dowling is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Coach, and an Educator.

I spent a good chunk of my life doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing, collecting degrees, and careers that I thought were good for security and safety like, getting a business degree, teaching degree, and a masters degree in counselling, only to realize that I was being led back to what my heart wanted to do all along and that is to wade into the stuff we don't normally talk about with each other.

I learned to trust myself and create a life I could have never dreamed of. No experience was wasted because now as an Educator, Therapist and Coach, Highly Sensitive People invest in my services to design the life that they've always wanted. Sometimes we start in the past processing trauma through EMDR and sometimes we jump straight into the dream my clients want to create.

I value deep care of self which includes seeking beauty and joy, authenticity, transparency, and connection with fellow human beings and the big beautiful world around us.

And I love being in someone's corner cheering them on. I love helping fellow introverts and highly sensitive people to overcome the stuff that is holding them back so they can step into their most powerful and authentic self. I am on a mission to support introverted, highly sensitive people to uncover their many gifts and talents to set the world on fire (in the quietest way possible).
