Wondering Wednesdays- Facilitating student Questions in the Outdoors

Want to get outside? Participants will meet at Mill Bay Nature Park and spend the day exploring and questioning. The games and activities are rooted in the core competencies and inspired by place based education using the Coyote Survival Guide and indigenous ways of knowing. Student questions are at the heart of every day along with a focus on science and socials big ideas. Routines create a framework for the day and leave space for students to explore, play and question. Questions lead to inquiry and valid research. This day in nature will revitalize you and hopefully inspire you to try it yourself.

Please note that this workshop is held outside (location in description).  Make sure to dress for the weather, bring your lunch/snacks and a mask.
