Ready-Set-Sketch! Sketchnoting Bootcamp for Beginners!

Have your sketchbook, pen/pencil and some colorful highlighters handy to become a Sketchnoter! Yep, there is no need to be an artist. Whatever your skill level is, learn how to create sketchnotes with simple drawings and structure to capture ideas effectively and logically and have fun! This session is for all educators who want to try visual note-taking first before introducing this powerful literacy strategy in their own classroom. In this session, you will:

• create sketchnotes from start to finish;
• learn types of sketchnotes/patterns;
• receive a sketchnoting “Cheat Sheet” booklet;
• leave session with at least two self-drawn sketchnote to be proud of!
