I am currently in my second year teaching grade eight at Monterey Middle School. In addition to PE, I teach English and social studies. Though my passion is teaching Physical Education, I truly enjoy all of the subjects I teach. I look forward to coming to work everyday and work hard to inspire the students I teach. In an effort to develop my teaching pedagogy, and align my methods with the ever-so-quickly advancing field of educational technology, I recently completed both the Level I and Level II Google Educator Certification. In doing this, I am hopeful that I can learn new, and creative ways, to effectively introduce technology into my teaching practice. Additionally, the certification has allowed me to begin to get creative and try to blend educational technology and PE together.
