Yoga: Breathing into Presence 

Enjoy an hour Hatha Yoga flow to help you breathe your way into a blissful start to your weekend! No experience is required and suitable for all levels.

 
How to prepare for this session:
 
-ensure you have a distraction free space 
-yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, cushions, bolster
-an external bluetooth speaker for the sound quality
-please kindly abstain from eating directly before we meet or consuming caffeine 
-water and/or herbal tea nearby can be nice to have
-camera angled so I can see you moving & breathing
-bring an open mind free of expectation and an open heart curious to explore inwards  
-optional to light a candle, smudge your space and/or have your favourite crystals with you
-give yourself time after the session to relax, take a walk, journal, take a bath etc…

    What an honour to return this year at Tapestry to offer a Health & Wellness option! This school year I've officially transitioned from the classroom to  pursuing my other passions revolving around assisting adults with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I consider myself a health alchemist specializing in superfoods, cleanses, yoga and conscious connected breathing. I currently offer weekly private and group yoga & breathing sessions along with connecting folks with organic superfoods to elevate their overall health. I look forward to sharing yoga and conscious connected breathing with you all!
